Tanaiste MS Joan Burton TD will Launch Toga the Dancing Goat Exhibition by Castaheany Educate Together Pupils in Blanchardstown Library in partnership with Europe Direct Blanchardstown

Toga the Dancing Goat an exhibitions of illustrations on the story of the Coffee Berry and Plant produced by the girls and boys in fifth class Castaheany Educate Together national School. The illustration depict versions of the Dancing Goats legends from Ethiopia

Present at the launch will be the Ethiopian Ambassador to Ireland, her excellency Mrs. Lela-Alem Gebreyohanes Tedla and Mayor of Fingal mags Murray.

This exhibition is part of the Africa in the Irish classroom project. This is a curriculum support programme in African studies aimed at students and teachers within the Irish Education system. It address subject area relating to Africa at first and second level curriculums. It also ties in with the European year of Development, which is supported by the Europe Direct Centre in Blanchardstown Library.
