Culture for kids. Bring an adult! Friday 19 September, Central Library
The Waterford Europe Direct Information Centre is working with the City’s Arts Office to present a day long programme for Waterford’s tots to tweens with information and taster sessions on what Waterford has to offer its mini culture vultures. All events are free and take place in Central Library, Lady Lane. Booking is essential. Phone 051 849975.
10am-11am Gymboree Play and Music Class Age 0-3
Join us for a unique experience of Play and Music with Gymbo. There will be singing, dance, movement games, parachute and bubble times. Fun Guaranteed! Workshop with Audrey Hayes.

11am-12noon Creative Dance Workshop Age 2-4
Small children love to dance! Let them explore, create and imagine and have fun through dance guided by local dance artist Libby Seward.

3:30pm-4:30pm Be an Artist for an Hour Age 5-7
Have you ever wanted to be an artist? No experience needed just fun and creativity. Use different materials to create your masterpiece. Led by artist Jill Bouchier.

3:30pm-4:30pm Get Creative through Dance
In this creative movement class, budding dancers will experience the exciting elements of dance through various games and with the use of props. Participants move freely to music using imagination and creativity and perhaps ignite a life-long passion for dance. Class led by local dance artist Libby Seward

4:30pm-5:30pm Drawing Graphic novels Age 8-12
Spiderman, Batman or Naruto. Learn how to create your own character from your favourite graphic novel with artist Declan Pierce.
